William Ziegler is the inventor of the TALOC (Through the Air Link Optical Component) system and CEO of TALOC Technologies. He holds multiple patents in Free Space Optical communication and phased-array RF mesh networking.

With over two decades of experience in military systems development and government contracts, he leads TALOC’s mission to deliver secure, high-bandwidth communication in RF-denied environments.
